Finnish authorities and justice system is preparing to break laws!

I need to insert a little update. The following story is a result for defending my childrens rights. My ex-girlfriend attacked me (not the first time) violently in front of my children and also assaulted both my children, at that time 1 and 3 years of age. She confessed to me with SMS-messages, as well as to childrens grandmother. I took photos of the injuries me and the 3 year old got. Later on the ex-girlfriend Satu S. laughed at the matter instead of regretting. This caused me to go and file a report to the police which proved to be the biggest mistake in my life. I filed the report on August 2nd, 2011. I then also made a huge mistake by calling the social services on 11th of August 2011. After that the persecution of Finnish authorities began - and are still going on. By fighting for the best interest of your children you become government enemy number one. The childrens mother is still abusing the children in many ways. Both children were ruled under custody of their mother on November 20th 2012.

Finnish justice system and authorities are preparing to break: the Constitution (of Finland), as well as European Convention on Human Rights 63/1999 that Finland has also signed, as well as a Supreme Court ruling in the case of a publicly announced "threat" to shoot Prime Minister Mr. Matti Vanhanen and the Minister of Finance Jyrki Katainen. The Supreme court ruling (KKO:2013:50) is available here (in Finnish) http://www.kko.fi/62521.htm. The person had specified that he would use a high power rifle to shoot them. He had also written that he will blow-up the parliament with explosives specifying it to be C4. He also had written that this is going to cause "corpses". The man did not send the messages directly to anyone.

The district court ruled that there was no evidence to support the law suit. Later on the case went to appeal court which made the same decision. The case was taken even up to the Supreme court which also made the same decision.

There was another case in Turku (available here: News article in Finnish; http://www.ess.fi/?article=400613) Finland where a man armed with a knife approached Mr. Katainen and kneeled before him. In that case they claimed he had illegally threatened Mr. Katainen's life. The police stated that the man did not threat anyone, even having been face to face with Mr. Katainen. The court ruled a fine for possession of a "weapon" on a public place.

In contrast to the previous events I will explain facts about my own case. I have not met anyone, i have specifically held these black humour writings as my own information and only given access to relatives and friends who i thought know me well enough. I never send them even publicly. The police illegally then read my writings and later confiscated all the equipment and even lured a person i thought was my friend to testify against me to support the government crimes. The police (Mikko Porvali) scared the people on the list with phonecalls and created false thoughts and also called Mr. R. "lunatic that could possibly do anything" to one of the people (criminals that police is still protecting!). The police have no right to create a sense of danger with private information never sent to anyone.

Finnish justice system, including highest ranking government officials is preparing to break laws. Mr. R. has been persecuted by several tens of government agencies and offices for the last two years. Mr. R. wrote private writings on his personal, limited audience wall, in Facebook during summer 2012. A period preceding events that happened on 4th of July 2012. The police and social workers arranged a raid to his apartmetn as a revenge for the fact that Mr. R. had gathered evidence of 60-70 authorities and civilians who had been committing crimes against Mr. R. and his children. One purpose for the confiscation of all IT-equipment, hard-drives, usb-flash-sticks, a usb-tv-adapter, childrens laptops, a Digital SLR -camera, memory card adapters - even objects holding no memory(!) - was to delete all the evidence. When Mr. R. asked the police, Eeva Kinos, when he would get at least one computer back to be able to read and answer his lawyers e-mails, Ms. Kinos said: "You'll get them back when we have ´cleaned' them" -meaning that the police was trying to destroy the evidence. With the active contacts to the Police Board, he managed to get the equipment back.

The police also revenged Mr. R and his childrean by doing the raid and unlawfully abducting his children with social services to help make a decision in court so Mr. R. will lose his children to the abusive mother (also by education a colleague of social workers). Mr. R is now prosecuted with false accusations and no evidence at all for "defamation" and "illegal threats" against 25 people. Some of the people did not want to press charges, but those that Mr. R. has most evidence against have wanted to do so. It is obvious that the authorities have persuaded the people with even possible pribes to join this illegal move against a freedom and justice fighter.

The facebook writings were private and were available to only Mr. R´s relatives or friends. It has been later learned that the Finnish police have access to all information including private messages in Facebook and all most popular social media web-services used in Finland. The police violated Mr. R's privacy to create a false accusation, to revenge the fact that Mr. R. had the evidence mentioned before. The writings concisted a list of those who had committed several crimes against Mr. R and his children. He then commented on the list with black humor.. followingly:

"24 to kill + organisations that need to be punished. Plaah..."

He then wrote other several comments as well as the last comment which read:

"trap 4 assholes". < Mr. R. is catching the authorities (mainly police Eeva-Maria Kolari; see evidence on youtube channel) that are illegally accessing his account.

Mr. R. had already in 22nd of May detected that there was unusual activity on his own computer and Facebook. Mr. R. has gone through all IT-education available in Finland. Mr. R. wrote:

"aa.. I'm doing this again to catch the government. :D" < for illegally accessing private information.

Now, the government has lured high ranking officials to support the revenge or retaliation for Mr. R. having caught that the justice system is totally corrupt and has criminal-authorities in all different levels, even in Appeal court as well as the parliament.

Deputy Prosecutor General is one of those who are willing to break laws, to limit freedom of speech, to limit rights to privacy, to support crime against Mr. R., as well as break the constitution, limit and break the laws for freedom of thoughts, freedom of beliefs, freedom of opinion. Also District Prosecutor Kimmo Lampinen is willing to do the same.

I will inform you on this matter later on.
