Justice is not served in Finland - The Police do not do their job!

(Sorry, I'm so tired for doing this non-profit volunteer work for the best interest of Children in Finland that the English below isn't quite upto my usual standards)

Immense injustice. To have justice in Finland, depends on your wealth to hire a private investigator to do police work. The police did not investigate any of criminal complaints I made, properly or at all. Among other things, the Central Finland Police Department submitted that the pre-trial investigation is not done because "there is no evidence". I was informed so about the grounds even in the case where I told and submitted the 28+ separate proofs, and it had no meaning. In fact, the police are lazy criminals who are not interested in the truth, and are not interested in conducting their duty. The whole police force should be abolished because it is so deeply criminalized. In what way can, the Finnish Constitution and the European Convention on Human Rights (as defined in the Act sections) be realized? Not in any way. When the Police do not conduct their duty, it prevents the entry to the court completely. You also have to remember that the district court judges are almost never truthfull in this country, the only interest is easy and simple handling of matters.Legal texts to which I refer :- The European Convention on Human Rights , ECHR 63/1999 6 Article of fair trial- The Finnish Constitution 11.6.1999/731 , § 21 Legality.
