(unfinished) Finnish authorities have no respect for Law, The Constitution nor The European Convention on Human Rights

 

11.10.2013 Finnish District Prosecutor Kimmo Lampinen has decided to accuse a victim of several tens to hundreds of authority and civilian crimes.

 

Victim Marko R. whose been harassed by the authorities more than two years now has received a lawsuit delivered by bailiff Hirvi Raimo. Marko R. gathered evidence of several crimes of neighbours targeted towards Mr. R starting from April of 2010. The neighbours harassed, stalked, kicked and hit Mr. R´s home door several times during the period April 2010 - 9th of February 2013. Even the day he was moving out of the apartment a neigbour, Ritva Pekkanen banged the walls and floor in Her own apartment. The same person also attacked Mr. R´s Children by shouting from her apartment window to outdoors, where Mr. R´s younger child tripped and fell over in the snow in January 2012. The next door neighbour, Toivo Räsänen and his wife Leena, started the harassment inciting other neighbours to bang walls, kick and hit R´s door in mid-day as well as to bang the floor to harass Mr. R. The neighbours also lied in court when Mr. R had had enough of false accutions and mid-day harassment that went on and on. The other next door neighbour Mirja Asplund also threatened to make more false reports to child safety authorities.

 

In July 2010 another neighbour in the same building started continuous harassment on the parking lot. The neighbour Jarmo Laapotti was very aggressive and attacked Mr. R verbally in July 2010 in front of Mr. R´s mother, who was selling a car at that time. The byuer candidate and his son were also present at the scene. Later in October Jarmo Laapotti and his wife Päivi Maria Laapotti attacked Mr. R as he arrived home after a night-shift at the factory he was working in at that time. Jarmo Laapotti hit Mr. R with his fist and the wife supported by shouting insulting comments. The parking lot harassment continued until Mr. R had to move away.

 

Mr. R had to apply for restraining orders against Laapotti´s, Toivo and Leena Räsänen, Mirja Asplund and Ritva Pekkanen. The result was a biased decision that was not made according to the law. The neighbours cast a slur on Mr R. This resulted in several reports to child safety authorities, all fictious and with no grounds.

 

Mr. R was attacked by his girlfriend, and the mother of their two children, in June 25th 2011. The girlfriend had attacked Mr. R first time in October 19th of 2007. The physical and mental abuse and violence continued until all through 2007 to 2011. The mental abuse and series of fabricated accusations continue still today 11th of October 2013. The attack against Mr. R was not all that the mother did. She used not only mental violance against the children by attacking Mr. R right in front of the Childrens eyes, who were, at that time 1 year old and just under 3 years old - but also managed to kick the 1 year old in the head. Mr R tried to cry for help, but no one came. He then decided to open the front door and shouted again. Someone herd the cries and filmed a clip of the incident. All the violence happened indoors, so there were no footage of the act itself, just the cries of Mr. R. Mr. R decided to try to flee the scene and save the children, but only the older child (3 yrs old) knew how to put her clothes on. Mr R was forced by the girlfriends violent, sudden, aggressive behavior (a mental breakdown as many times before) to use light force to take the woman away from the children. As Mr. R had to go back inside to get his keys and wallet, the woman attacked the older child who was waiting outside the front door. She grabbed her by the arm very hard and yanked the little girls head straight to the door, causing physical injuries to skin on the cheekbone and left serious bruises on the arm. The 1 year old was not hurt by the light kick in the head.

 

Mr R. hopes that the mother, Satu S. would regret. But instead of regret she mocked Mr. R and laughed at the matter. Mr. R then decided to file a report to the police. This was a very big mistake. At that time Mr. R. believed and thought that Finnish authorities are law-abiding, stand-up, honest officials who would do the right thing. Wrong again. Mr. R. also called child services, which also proved to be a big mistake later on.
