28.8.2013 Writing to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (IN ENGLISH)

Hello!

We would like to hear the position of Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, preferably from the ministers themselves if possible.

To read through this matter and watching the sample cases doesn’t take much more than fifteen (15) minutes. This is about the best interest of Finnish children and the acts of social services/child services manners that are completely out of control and against the law, in Finland of 2013

1)     Background in short

 

I have been in a situation where the court process of child custody and placement has been solved by authority-crimes by so called criminal-authorities. I made a justified complaint of City Of Jyväskylä Social Services conduct, which was judged illegal by the Administrative Justice of Hämeenlinna (acute and critical placement of children out of home). Making the complaint (and the process) takes time, and during that time ”hustlers” (=criminal-authorities acting bias and against the law) have enough time to solve the case as they wish. This means that practically 99.9% of authority-crimes aimed at fathers leads to a court decision made by the judge to rule single custody and placement of children to the mother. The father is played out of the game with no mercy. In addition fathers/men are punished for having fallen in love and to have had wanted to have own children in form of ruling the alimony to him as well. Aren’t both parents equally important to the child/children?

2) Three cases 2012 - 2013

Common to all below for the cases is: There are no grounds for the urgent placement, child does not have an acute emergency situation, the parent has not made anything against the best interest of children, or any action which would undermine: a) the child's growth, and b) the development or c) be a risk to the safety of children, the father has caught a number of authorities of crimes and they are able to provide proof, social services only listens to the mother and the mother's side, everything the father brings out is considered irrelevant (the list goes on and on) ...

3) What are the ground to justify this kind of conduct?

I am asking the Ministers to answer if these manners and conducts/acts are justified? Is it right to support women/mothers so hard by the social services and police, that the rights of fathers to their own children, and the children’s rights to their own fathers can so gruel be forgotten and overrun? Is this kind of mental raping and causing of lifelong trauma really needed and necessary? Why is it, that fathers and men are so much hated and discriminated that children are used as a weapon against fathers and fatherhood?

What I have mentioned above is a proven way to handle matters in Finland, against the best interest of children. This way of handling these matters offend many conventions and agreements, and offers a way to practice dictatorship, reign of terror and arbitrary at the same time as Finland is presented to the rest of the world as a democracy, “western country” and a country of “justice”.
